Events at the house of the Nature Reserve
Founded in 1978 (one year after the Nature Reserve itself) the Association des Amis de la Réserve Naturelle de Sixt Fer à Cheval has developed different ways of enabling the general public to discover this environment without jeopardising its balance.
A permanent reception facility of the house of the Nature Reserve, located in the burg, presents:
•an aerial view
•a scale model of the valley, with explanatory leaflet
•video cassettes
•stuffed animals
•various permanent and temporary exhibitions.
Free admission. The staff of the house of the Nature Reserve will be glad to welcome and inform you. Guided tours are available for groups (upon reservation).
