Sixt Fer à Cheval is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France for its architectural patrimony and especially its classified natural sites. The ski resort of Sixt is connected to the Grand Massif by the beautiful Piste des Cascades (waterfalls' ski run), a 14 km long blue run. During the summer, hikers can walk to their heart's content through the greatest Nature Reserve of Haute-Savoie.
