Throughout the year the Savoie heritage guides organise visits of the village and the Fer à Cheval (housing, customs, legends and local history). These visits are a great way of discovering Sixt Fer à Cheval through the wealth of its history, its buildings and the variety of its conservation areas. Group visits are possible - book directly through the 'Association des Amis du Patrimoine de Sixt Fer à Cheval'

Commented circuits from the "place du Tilleul" of Samoëns of 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm every 30 minutes during the school holidays. From June to September on Thursday at 17pm visit of the cheese factory. In winter visit the farm "Balme dessous" once a week.
