Mountain pastures of Sixt
Discover the various mountain pastures of Sixt, the majority are still
exploited by the farmers of the village. Certain mountain pastures preserved
a dairy activity at whole share, while others are places of grazing ground
and walks during the estival season.

Mountain pasture of Commune
Starting point: carpark of Vagnys chair-lift
Duration: 1h30 by the chair-lift, 2h15 since Passsy.
Way of the farm to the mountain pasture, where one observes the diférents
stages of the traditionelle agriculture of mountain. Two farmers accomodate
you:
In Commune: Christelle and David welcome you, small restoration, Savoyard
specialities and sale of cheese. Opened every day from semi June to end
of September.
to Praz de Commune: Floriane and Ludovic propose to take part in the draft
cows. Refreshment bar and taste every day of July and August.
Mountain pasture of Salvadon
Starting point: village of Crot
Duration: 3 hours rise
After a progression under cover forester, discover the country cottages
of Salvadon nested in a narrow small valley located at the foot of Avoudrues
mountains.

fabrication, which they make all the summer on the spot.
Mountain pasture of Sales
Starting point: The lignon after the Cascade du Rouget
Duration: 2h30 rise
Between resurgences and cascades, the rise in Sales valley offer you splendid
panoramas. This mountain pasture is a place of relaxation and pasture.
Push until dérochoir in order to observe the view on the Mont Blanc valley!

Mountain pasture of Anterne
Starting point: The lignon after the Cascade du Rouget
Duration: 3h30 rise
On the foot of the chain of Fiz, discover a mountain pasture with the
wire of water. Around the Lake Anterne, sheep and marmots benefit from
the pastures.

Located in the middle of the circus of the Font, this mountain pasture
is dissociated by its beautiful forest of spruces to the foot of the buttresses
of the mountain of Buet, culminating with 3100m of altitude

Mountain pasture of de la Vogealle
Starting point: Cirque du Fer à Cheval
Duration: 3h30 rise
Located at the top of cirque du Fer à Cheval, the small valley of Vogealle
offers a panoramic sight to you on the combe end of the world and the
glaciers of Ruan and Prazon. In a mineral environment, discover a little
further, the lake of Vogealle.

Starting point: Village du mont
Duration: 1h15 rise
After a trip to Verreu, You can stop for refresh and break the crust with a tour of the farm and sell cheese. Tastes reservation on Wednesdays and weekends from 15H from July to September.
